 How do I place an order?
Follow these steps to place an order online:
Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button on the item's product page. You can review your shopping bag and make any necessary changes/edits before checking out.
Scroll to the top right of the page and then select "Cart" to checkout.
Follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.
You will receive at least two emails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm your order was received. The second will confirm your order was shipped and will contain a tracking number to let you track the delivery of your package. If any of your items are out-of-stock or your delivery date has changed, you will receive an email with status updates on your order.
How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order any time by visiting the order status page. When your order updates with shipping and tracking information, you will also receive an email with the tracking number. 
 
Can I Cancel and Order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 14 days from the time of delivery a refund will be issued within the terms of our, please refer to our refund policy. Refund Policy 
Can I make changes to my order once its been placed? 
Once an order has been placed you have 24 hours to update the address or change the size and color of the product. We are unable to process any changes after that time frame. 
 
Can I use a gift card to make an online purchase?
Yes you can Use one of our store gift to make online purchases. You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. The value of the card will automatically be applied to your order. Please include your credit card information when using a gift card. Your gift card will be charged first and any remaining balance, if applicable, will be applied to your credit card. Gift cards cannot be used on preorder items.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Including order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch after the order is placed. Depending on where the item is stored our warehouse and Overseas Post process the orders, which normally takes an additional 2– 5 days. For international delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days. US orders that are Processed, filled and shipped within the US, usually take between 3-7 business days to arrive at their destination. More information please read our full Shipping policy. 
 
Where Does Aulelei Fashions Ship to?
We are currently shipping to:
All 50 states within the U.S. including P.O. Boxes.
All APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping speed is one of our top priorities so at this time we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping times. 
What happens if my parcel is lost/damaged in transit?
Damaged Parcel 
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Lost Parcel 
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
 
Do you ship to multiple addresses for one order?
We do not offer this option at this time. If you would like items to go to separate addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address.

Returns

What's your refund policy for returns?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days from the date the package was delivered. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).  

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

 Do I pay for return shipping?

No we offer free return shipping we will email you a prepaid shilling label to print and use.

Do I return to the address on the received package?

No, the address on the package is the overseas transshipment warehouse of the logistics party. You need to return the items to our warehouse, and you will get authorization from us by email with our return address after you submit your return request.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the popup.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.
DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab. We do not have the option to buy points.
